This Theory propounded by Hossein Javadi in 1987

In this theory, it has been attempted to scrutinize the interface between relativity and quantum mechanics through a novel approach to the established physical events. Universal constancy of the speed of light undergoes the question whether the limit on the light speed originates from a natural event or not?

Regarding the phenomena of creation and decay of electron-positron pair,  why do the related  photons  move at  constant  speed,  but  we  could   change  the  speed of matter and antimatter?

           ◙ CPH Theory is based on Generalized light velocity from energy into mass.

What is the unique characteristic of matter which is convertible to photons that move with constant speed c (speed of light)?

 Boucherer experiment is the experimental proof of relativistic mass. The increase in electron's mass while passing through the accelerator's tunnel (exerting external force), originates from gaining energy; and energy has mass. The idea that object/particle could not travel at superluminal speeds, originates from the structure of matter and the mechanism of interaction between field and mass; that with presenting a postulate we could generalize the constancy of speed from energy to mass.

By gravitational blue shift, the energy of photon and consequently its frequency will increase.  What is the mechanism of increasing in the photon energy that causes increase in its frequency growth?

Emphasizing on these phenomena and presenting the relation between photon's energy and frequency, this paper is to draw attention on the importance of constancy of speed in relation to the mass structure which will be scrutinized in reviewing Newton's second law.

The results of this point of view, many uncertainties and unanswered- questions in modern physics, cosmology, before the big bang and its reasons will be answered.

Understanding of being and time has always been interesting and difficult for mankind. Generally, there are three approaches of religion, philosophy and science to being and time. In this essay, I have reviewed physical being and time, because everything in nature is a physical entity. The question is what relationship is between being and time and whether in physics, being and time are separable? In this essay, I have answered these questions.

In the early days; physics was a part of the philosophy. Before Newton, physics was descriptive and analytic, and physicists had not used mathematics yet, so physics was closer to philosophy than science. For this reason, Newton had named his book "Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy".

Still we are using philosophical concepts in the physics. One of these concepts is phenomenon. According to Kant, it is vital always to distinguish between the distinct realms of phenomena and noumena. Phenomena are the appearances, which constitute our experience; noumena are the (presumed) things themselves, which constitute reality. Scientific theories do not show the laws of nature, but are our understanding of physical phenomena to explain the nature and closeness of the common phenomena to the dominating rules of nature. So no theory is perfect, even if expressed with mathematical formulas.

CPH  Theory Stands of: Creative Particles of HiggsTheory. Except that in this theory, the weakest field produces sub quantum energies. sub quantum energies in combination with each other,  form the quantum of energy. Then these quantum energies produce the fermions and form the fields dependent on them.

Science can only be created by those who are thoroughly imbued with the aspiration toward truth and understanding.  This source of feeling, however, springs from the sphere of religion. To this there also belongs the faith in the possibility that the regulations valid for the world of existence are rational, that is, comp-rehensible to reason. I can not conceive of a genuine scientist with-out that profound faith. The situation may be expressed by an image: science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind.
